3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
3.3 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your country's laws to consent to online services) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18), you may only use the Service with the express consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
4. User Conduct and Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

You are solely responsible for your conduct and any Content you submit, post, or display on the Service.
5. Content Submission (Research Papers, etc.)
5.1 Ownership and License
You retain full ownership rights to the User Content, including Research Papers, you submit to the Service.
By submitting User Content to Naman's Hub, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify (e.g., formatting changes for display, creating derivatives like thumbnails), publish, publicly display, publicly perform, and distribute your User Content solely for the purposes of operating, providing, promoting, and improving the Service. This includes making your Research Papers accessible to other Users according to the visibility settings you choose (if applicable).
This license continues even if you stop using our Services, primarily for archival purposes and because Content shared publicly may be difficult to completely remove. However, the license ends when you explicitly delete your User Content or your account, except (a) to the extent your Content was shared with others who have not deleted it, and (b) for our system backups and archival copies maintained for a reasonable period.
5.2 User Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that:
- You own the User Content submitted by you or otherwise have all necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to grant the license set forth in these Terms.
- Your User Content does not infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right.
- Your User Content is accurate, not misleading, and complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines relevant to your field of research.
- Your User Content adheres to academic integrity standards and is free from fabrication, falsification, and plagiarism.
- You have obtained any necessary ethical approvals, institutional review board (IRB) permissions, or consents for research involving human or animal subjects presented in your Research Paper, and such documentation can be provided upon request.
- Your User Content does not contain any viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or other malicious code.
5.3 Content Review and Removal
Naman's Hub does not undertake to pre-screen User Content. However, we reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to review, refuse, filter, modify, or remove any User Content that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, infringes intellectual property rights, is harmful or objectionable, or for any other reason without prior notice. We are not responsible for any delay or failure to remove such Content.
5.4 Plagiarism Policy
Naman's Hub has a zero-tolerance policy towards plagiarism. Submission of plagiarized work constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and academic ethics. We may utilize plagiarism detection software. Confirmed instances of plagiarism may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, permanent termination, and potential notification to relevant institutions or authorities.
5.5 Archival and Preservation
While we strive to maintain the accessibility of published Content, Naman's Hub does not guarantee permanent archival or preservation of User Content. Authors are encouraged to maintain their own backups and consider depositing their work in established institutional or subject repositories.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Naman's Hub IP
The Service itself, including its look and feel, visual interfaces, interactive features, graphics, design, compilation, computer code, products, software, aggregate user review ratings, and all other elements and components of the Service provided by Naman's Hub (the "Naman's Hub IP") are protected by copyright, trade dress, patent, and trademark laws, international conventions, and all other relevant intellectual property and proprietary rights, and applicable laws. All Naman's Hub IP is the property of Naman's Hub or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies and/or third-party licensors. You may not sell, license, distribute, copy, modify, publicly perform or display, transmit, publish, edit, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise make unauthorized use of the Naman's Hub IP.
6.2 User Content IP
As stated in Section 5.1, you retain ownership of your User Content. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our Users to do the same.
6.3 Copyright Infringement (DMCA Compliance)
We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Service, please notify our designated copyright agent. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, NAMAN'S HUB, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM NAMAN'S HUB OR THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN.
NAMAN'S HUB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY DATA, USER CONTENT, FUNCTIONS, OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION OFFERED ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF ERRORS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, AND DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY OF THE FOREGOING WILL BE CORRECTED.
7.2 User Content Disclaimer
NAMAN'S HUB IS A PLATFORM. WE DO NOT ENDORSE, SUPPORT, REPRESENT OR GUARANTEE THE COMPLETENESS, TRUTHFULNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR SCIENTIFIC VALIDITY OF ANY USER CONTENT POSTED VIA THE SERVICE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY RELIANCE ON MATERIAL POSTED VIA THE SERVICE WILL BE AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU MAY BE EXPOSED TO CONTENT THAT MIGHT BE OFFENSIVE, HARMFUL, INACCURATE, MISLEADING, OR OTHERWISE INAPPROPRIATE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NAMAN'S HUB, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- (a) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE;
- (b) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES;
- (c) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE (INCLUDING RELIANCE THEREON); OR
- (d) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF NAMAN'S HUB EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (U.S. $100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID NAMAN'S HUB, IF ANY, IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
THE LIMITATIONS OF THIS SUBSECTION SHALL APPLY TO ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STATUTE, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT NAMAN'S HUB HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Naman's Hub and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, privacy, or publicity right; or (iv) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Service.
9. Termination
9.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your agreement with Naman's Hub at any time by discontinuing your use of the Service and deleting your account (if applicable).
9.2 Termination by Naman's Hub
We may suspend or terminate your access to or use of the Service at any time, for any reason or no reason, including, but not limited to, if we reasonably believe: (i) you have violated these Terms, (ii) you create risk or possible legal exposure for us; (iii) our provision of the Service to you is no longer commercially viable; or (iv) for extended periods of inactivity. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you by the email address associated with your account or the next time you attempt to access your account, depending on the circumstances.
9.3 Survival
Sections 5 (Content Submission - regarding licenses for existing content and representations), 6 (Intellectual Property), 7 (Disclaimers), 8 (Indemnification), 9 (Termination - this survival clause), 10 (Governing Law), and 12 (Miscellaneous) shall survive any termination or expiration of these Terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
- Waiver: The failure of Naman's Hub to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
- Assignment: These Terms are personal to you, and are not assignable, transferable, or sublicensable by you except with our prior written consent. Naman's Hub may assign, transfer, or delegate any of its rights and obligations hereunder without consent.
- Headings: The section and paragraph headings in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.
- No Agency: No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created as a result of these Terms, and you do not have any authority of any kind to bind Naman's Hub in any respect whatsoever.
