Author Guidelines

Welcome to Naman's Hub! We appreciate your interest in contributing. Please review these guidelines carefully before submitting your manuscript.

Naman's Hub publishes original research papers, review articles, case studies, and short communications across various fields (Specify fields here, e.g., computer science, social sciences, etc.).

Submissions must be original work, not previously published or currently under review elsewhere. All authors must agree to the submission and the manuscript content.

Key Policies:

  • Focus on high-quality, impactful research.
  • Adherence to ethical standards in research and publication.
  • Open Access options may be available (Specify if applicable).

Prepare your manuscript clearly and concisely. Adherence to these formatting guidelines will expedite the review process.

General Formatting:

  • File Format: Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx) or LaTeX (.tex with accompanying PDF).
  • Language: English (American or British spelling is acceptable, but be consistent).
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12-point font size.
  • Spacing: Double-spaced text throughout, including abstract, references, and figure captions.
  • Margins: Standard margins (e.g., 1 inch or 2.5 cm on all sides).
  • Page Numbers: Consecutively number all pages.

Structure:

  1. Title Page: Title, author names and affiliations, corresponding author details (email, address).
  2. Abstract: A brief summary (typically 150-250 words) outlining the purpose, methods, key findings, and conclusions. Include 3-5 keywords.
  3. Introduction: Background, problem statement, relevance, and objectives of the study.
  4. Methods: Detailed description of the methodology, allowing replication.
  5. Results: Clear presentation of findings, using tables and figures where appropriate.
  6. Discussion: Interpretation of results, comparison with existing literature, limitations, and implications.
  7. Conclusion: Summary of key findings and future directions.
  8. Acknowledgements (Optional): Funding sources, individuals who provided assistance.
  9. References: Use a consistent citation style (e.g., APA, MLA, Chicago, Vancouver - Specify the required style). Ensure all citations in the text appear in the reference list and vice versa.
  10. Appendices (Optional): Supplementary material.

Figures and Tables:

  • Embed figures and tables within the text near their first mention, or provide them at the end of the manuscript.
  • Ensure figures are high resolution (min. 300 DPI).
  • Provide clear captions for all figures and titles for all tables.

Manuscripts should be submitted through our online submission portal (Provide Link Here if applicable, or specify email submission).

Required Files:

  • Manuscript File: Main text including tables/figures (or separate figure files if required).
  • Cover Letter (Recommended): Briefly introduce your work, highlight its significance, and confirm adherence to ethical guidelines. State that the work is original and not under consideration elsewhere.
  • Conflict of Interest Statement: Disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
  • Author Contribution Statement (if applicable): Detail the contribution of each author.

Upon submission, you will receive an acknowledgement email with a manuscript ID. You can track the status of your submission through the portal (or mention how status updates are provided).


Naman's Hub is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics.

  • Plagiarism: All submissions will be checked for plagiarism using appropriate software. Any detected plagiarism will lead to rejection. Proper citation is mandatory.
  • Authorship: All listed authors must have made significant contributions to the research and manuscript preparation and must approve the final version.
  • Data Availability: Authors may be encouraged or required to make underlying data available (Specify policy).
  • Conflicts of Interest: Authors must declare any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest that could influence the work.
  • Human and Animal Rights: If the research involves human participants or animals, appropriate ethical approval (e.g., IRB, IACUC) must have been obtained and stated in the manuscript. Informed consent must be obtained for human participants.

All submissions undergo a rigorous peer-review process.

  • Initial Screening: The editorial team checks the manuscript for scope, formatting, and basic quality.
  • Peer Review: Manuscripts passing the initial screening are sent to independent expert reviewers. We employ a [Specify: e.g., single-blind, double-blind] review process.
  • Decision: Based on reviewer feedback, the editor makes a decision (Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, Reject).
  • Revisions: If revisions are requested, authors should address all reviewer comments thoroughly and resubmit within the specified timeframe.

Once your manuscript is accepted:

  • Proofreading: You will receive proofs for final checking. Correct any typographical errors promptly. Major changes are not permitted at this stage.
  • Copyright: Authors will typically be asked to sign a copyright transfer agreement or select a Creative Commons license (Specify details).
  • Publication Fees (if any): Clearly state any Article Processing Charges (APCs) or submission fees. Example: "Naman's Hub is currently free to publish in / requires an APC of $XXX upon acceptance."
  • Publication: Your article will be formatted and published online.
